Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.  Then, click on settings.

Click on Security and Privacy, and then click Site Settings.

Scroll to the bottom and click Pop-ups and redirects.

Click on the checkbox next to Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

You will no longer see pop-ups in your chrome browser.
