When logging in to Adobe, there are certain steps that need to be done in order to activate your license.  

First, on the adobe "Sign in" page, enter your GoValor email into the email field and click continue.

Do NOT use any of the "Continue with" options.  These will fail.

Once you click continue, it will redirect to the Valor login page.  If you've already logged in, you may not see it and it will just automatically continue.  If you do, proceed as normal.

Note: If before or after logging in to your account, you are presented with the following message.  Click "Company or School Account".  This is required in order to access the Adobe license.

Once you have completed the login, you will now be able to access the adobe apps.
